I create custom safari gear, briefcases, handbags and accessories. All of my work is handmade and there are no machines involved. I design and hand stitch all pieces, hand cut each lace, hand punch all holes, use detailed techniques to inlay stones, and embroider personal brands.

I work with a variety of exotic furs, skins and leathers such as zebra, crocodile, elk, buffalo, deer and much more. Every product has it’s own individual combination of skins, stones, style, sizes and price.

The combination of elegance and functionality is apparent in all Blue Jay Designs. It is clear why the most elite leather collectors have acquired my most elaborate pieces made over the years. My work as a leather designer and craftsman stands alone in quality and excellence, and feel my work will become family heirlooms, to be enjoyed by generations to come.
